contact the Gunnison Valley Health Family Medicine Clinic at 970-642-8413.
Step 2 (SCREEN & ORDER): Your provider will complete the required eligibility screening and supply
you with the necessary treatment order for Gunnison Valley Health to be
your infusion location.
Step 3 (SCHEDULE): Once your eligibility screening is received by our pharmacy, a representative
from Gunnison Valley Health will contact you to schedule a date and time
for your treatment.
- This is a clinical trial that is operating under an Emergency Use Authorization
(EUA). It is not a cure for COVID. It may help decrease the severity of
the disease and potentially improve your recovery.
- If your doctor indicates you are a candidate, you will need to bring a
prescription from your provider to your appointment.
Talk to your doctor to learn more about this treatment and what it means
to be a part of a clinical trial.
