Everyone is always looking to improve their general health by diet and
exercise, but how often do you think about your eye health? Ophthalmologists,

consider a multi-vitamin with Lutein for the best eye health.

wearing sunglasses all year round. The sunglasses should state 100% UV

slow the progression of cataracts and macular degeneration.

important to use Artificial Tears (Refresh, Gen Teal, or Thera Tears are
good OTC choices) frequently to soothe your eyes and maintain a good tear
film for better vision and comfort.
