David has been a full time resident of Crested Butte since 2005. Originally
from Michigan, he recently retired after working for over 25 years with
hospitals and health systems on new business development, strategy and
performance improvement as the leader of a national Health Innovation
and Growth consulting practice. David helped health care providers of
all sizes with strategic planning, market forecasting, performance and
quality improvement, and adoption of new care delivery and payment models
(gainsharing, bundled payments, ACO arrangements). He led the design and
development of information products and services to monitor clinical,
financial, quality and market performance.
David received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Michigan
State University and his Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
