Gunnison Valley Health’s urgent care clinics are an ideal choice if you have a minor injury or illness and need care right away without waiting for an appointment with your regular doctor.
- The Gunnison Urgent Care Clinic is a walk-in clinic, open seven days a week, every day of the year. For more information, contact the Gunnison Urgent Care Clinic at 970-648-7105.
- The Mountain Clinic, is a walk-in clinic located below the Silver Queen lift in Mt Crested Butte. Offering emergency and urgent care, the clinic is open seven days a week during the summer and winter seasons. For more information, contact the Mountain Clinic at 970-349-0321.

If you are in need of a COVID-19 test, but don't have the ability to pay, please contact Public Health for assistance through their Community Service Block Grant (CSBG).
Asymptomatic COVID testing options
As of January 1, 2023, we are no longer able to offer COVID-19 testing for asymptomatic individuals.
