Sports physical clinic for K-12 student athletes.

This clinics will provide an opportunity for students to complete their required physicals for the upcoming sports seasons.

The cost of the sports physical is $35, cash and check only. Please note that each athlete’s parent or legal guardian must be present if they are under the age of 18. Spanish interpretation will be available at the event.
