Patient Portal

Changes are coming to the patient portal.

In early June, the CPSI Patient Portal will become MyCareCorner, an interactive interface that will provide a more streamlined patient experience including a mobile app that allows you to access your health information anytime, anywhere. In addition to any new inpatient, lab or radiology information that you receive from Gunnison Valley Health, your existing health information will transfer to MyCareCorner.

Once MyCareCorner is live, you will have two options to request a username for the portal:

  • Contact the Gunnison Valley Health Medical Records department at 970-641-7252 or mr@gvh-colorado.org
  • Request a username when checking in for your appointment

Please note, usernames are not available until June 6 when the new system is live.

Please note, MyCareCorner will not replace the Athena Patient Portal for patients receiving care from our Behavioral Health department, Cancer Care Center, Family Medicine Clinic, Campus Medical Clinic or Surgical Services.

CPSI (Hospital Patients Only) - How to Register For Your Account

These instructions will guide you through the one-time registration process. It is important to follow these instructions in the order they are given:

  • Step 1: Confirmation Email

Check your email inbox or spam folder for the confirmation message to begin your registration process. The email will be sent from “donotreply@gvh-colorado.org” and the subject line will state “Gunnison Valley Hospital - Patient Portal New User”. Open the email and click the link provided. You will be transferred to a webpage where you will be asked to register as a new user.

  • Step 2: Registration

You will be asked to enter your name, date of birth, unique user ID and password.
Make sure you remember/retain your user ID and password for future use.
Very important: Make sure you check the box at the right to verify that your information is correct. Then click the “register” button at the bottom of the screen.

  • Step 3: Security Question

Choose three security questions, fill in the answers, and then click the “submit” button at the bottom of the screen. On the next page, click on “Main Menu” to begin looking at your medical record.

  • Step 4: Patient Record

From the patient list, click on the name of the patient you are authorized to view. The patient’s visits will be listed chronologically. Next to each visit there is a link that shows the account number (A) and the title “Summary of Care” (B). Click on the link in the Summary of Care column to view the document.

Please call GVH's Management Information System Department at 970-641-7257 Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MST if you need your initial registration email sent to you again.

Medical Record Content or Results:
Please call and schedule an appointment with the physicians involved in your care if you have any questions about your medical records content or results.
