About Sam
Sam Elzay earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming, and followed a non-traditional path to becoming a PA. After several years enjoying career as a NPS ranger, ski patrolman, and river guide, Sam attended PA school at Campbell University in NC completing a dual degree MSPH/MPAP program. He has provided care for metropolitan populations as well as rural communities. Originally from Wyoming, Sam is thrilled to have returned to the mountains to small town life. He has a background in orthopedics and wants all of his patients to be as active as possible. He performs many procedures in his clinic. When he is not at work, Sam enjoys spending time with his spouse and 3 children. You will find them on the trails in the area, ski slopes, back country, fishing, at local parks, the library, or the rec center.
