Help Shape the Future of Healthcare in Our Community

Gunnison Valley Health is conducting its Community Health Needs Assessment, which takes place every three years. This short survey—taking less than 10 minutes—provides us with actionable feedback to better support the needs of the Gunnison Valley.

Your input matters. Results from past surveys have led to the launch of our Behavioral Health program, which has supported more than 500 individuals in our community, as well as the addition of local Dermatology services beginning this year.
