Quincy Knight, Director of Human Resources

Quincy oversees the Human Resources function across the health system. She joined Gunnison Valley Health in 2010 as an human resources generalist, obtained her Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2015 and served the organization for seven years as Assistant Director/Benefits Administrator before assuming the director role in 2025.

Quincy is passionate about supporting Gunnison Valley Health’s amazing staff, leadership and physicians through a strong total rewards offering, as well as strong cultural elements including development opportunities, and our Just Culture philosophy.
