Shay Krier, MD

About Shay

Dr. Shay Krier is a doctor of emergency medicine and fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He earned his bachelor's in kinesiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and completed his doctorate of medicine at the University of Colorado Health Science Center. Upon graduation, Dr. Krier completed his residency training in emergency medicine at Denver Health Medical Center.

Dr. Krier is serves as Gunnison Valley Health’s EMS Medical Director and Emergency Medical Physician. In 2021, he was recognized by the state as EMS Ambulance Service of the Year and Physician Excellence in EMS by the Emergency Medical Services Association of Colorado.
