Q: Where can I pay my bill for services received before May 3, 2025?
A: Bills for services received before May 3, 2025, are not available in MyChart. To review or pay these bills, please use our legacy payment portal: pay.instamed.com/GUNNISON.VALLEY.HOSP

Q: How do I pay my bill for services received on or after May 3, 2025?
A: Bills for services received on or after May 3, 2025, can be viewed and paid directly through MyChart, Gunnison Valley Health’s new patient portal.

Q: Can I still use the Athena or MyPatientPortal portals to access my medical information?
A: These legacy portals are available only to view past medical records from before May 3, 2025. They no longer reflect current information or support ongoing communication with your care team.

Q: Why can’t I see my most recent health information in these portals?
A: Gunnison Valley Health transitioned to MyChart as our new patient portal on May 3, 2025. Any medical information or visits after that date will only appear in MyChart.

Q: What can I do in Athena or MyPatientPortal now?
A: You can view historical information only—such as visit summaries, lab results, and messages that were available prior to our transition to MyChart. No new information will be added.
