Nathan brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare finance and leadership, with a strong focus on strengthening rural healthcare and improving community access to high-quality, sustainable services.

Nathan has held senior roles in both finance and executive leadership, including roles as CFO and CEO of Renville County Hospital & Clinics in Minnesota, where he led the construction of a new $24 million medical center and expanded specialty services such as orthopedic surgery, dialysis, urgent care, and telehealth. Most recently, he worked with Minnesota-based HealthPartners, where he advanced value-based care strategies to improve outcomes while reducing costs.
