Your Partner on the Road to Recovery

Peer support specialists are people with lived behavioral health experience who use their personal recovery experiences as a means to help others. They partner with clients to attain recovery goals and provide connection to community resources.

Our Services

Our peer support specialists are community-based and meet clients where and when the need arises. They are available to support:

  • The mobile crisis team in emergency situations
  • Clients receiving care in the Gunnison Valley Health emergency department
  • Transfers to behavioral health facilities in other communities
