effectively to control a hemorrhage as well as provide hands-only CPR
can save lives in our community. Stop the Bleed and Hands-Only CPR courses
are offered for free as a resource to the Gunnison Valley.
These classes are appropriate for students middle school aged and up.

Stop the Bleed
Over 2 million people have taken the Stop the Bleed Class. The class is
an hour long and will teach you to properly hold pressure, pack the wound,

Hands Only CPR
You only need to know two steps to save a life with CPR. This class is
also an hour long, and will teach you valuable skills to save someone's
